Jarlicious-Cupcakes Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Jarlicious-Cupcakes! We’re committed to delivering your cupcakes fresh, fast and safely across Australia. Please review our updated shipping policy below.

Shipping Areas
We ship Australia-wide via Express Post only. This ensures your cupcakes arrive as quickly as possible — usually within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
(International shipping is not available at this time.)

Shipping Rates
Our shipping fees follow Australia Post Express rates using our custom jar packaging:

• Up to 500g: $14.45
• 500g to 1kg: $18.95
• 1kg to 3kg: $23.45
• 3kg to 5kg: $31.35

Final shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
If your order exceeds our current shipping limits, checkout may be unavailable.
In that case, please contact us at customerservice@jarliciouscupcakes.com and we will arrange a custom shipping option for you.

Processing & Dispatch
We bake fresh in small batches from Sunday to Thursday.

• Orders placed before midnight (on any baking day) will be baked and dispatched the next business day.
• Orders placed after midnight will be processed the following business day.

Important Weekend Notice
We do not bake on Fridays or Saturdays.
Any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed and baked on Sunday, with dispatch on Monday.

Examples
• Order placed Monday before midnight → baked & dispatched Tuesday.
• Order placed Thursday before midnight → baked & dispatched Sunday (next baking day).
• Order placed Friday or Saturday → baked Sunday → dispatched Monday.

Delivery Times
Express Post typically delivers within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times can vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote locations outside next-day networks.

Packaging & Handling
• All cupcakes are sealed in airtight, protective jars.
• Each order is packed securely in shock-resistant packaging.
• During warm weather, we take additional precautions to maintain quality and freshness during transit.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your cupcakes’ journey to your door.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your cupcakes arrive damaged or incorrect, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue, and

  2. Email customerservice@jarliciouscupcakes.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns.
