At Jarlicious-Cupcakes, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our cupcakes, please review our detailed refund policy carefully below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing and packaging your cupcakes, but if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, we're here to help!

Please follow these steps within 24 hours of receiving your delivery:

- Take clear, detailed photos showing the damaged or incorrect cupcakes and the condition of the packaging.
- Email us immediately at customerservice@jarliciouscupcakes.com, including your order number, the photos, and a clear description of the issue.
- Upon receiving your email, we'll promptly review your request. Depending on the issue, we will offer you a replacement or refund within 48 hours.

Returns

Due to strict food safety standards and the perishable nature of our cupcakes, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. If there's an issue with your order, please use the damaged or incorrect items procedure outlined above.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been prepared or shipped. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@jarliciouscupcakes.com with your order number to request cancellation. Once preparation or shipment begins, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Late Delivery

We rely on Express Shipping to ensure timely delivery of your cupcakes. However, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier delays, etc.). Unfortunately, in such situations, we cannot provide refunds. However, please notify us if your order arrives later than expected, and we'll work with you to address your concerns.

Incorrect Address

It is essential to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot offer refunds or replacements once the order has been dispatched.
